HOW CAN I EXCHANGE OR RETURN MY PRODUCT?

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
CLICK HERE AND Follow the procedure below if you want to SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST.


1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

5. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

PLEASE NOTICE:

• The returned items must be shipped back to No Art within thirty (30) days of receipt of the products.
• The returned products will only be accepted if they are returned in the original No Art packaging.
• The identification tag must still be attached to the products in its original state.
• We only accept product that is returned in their original condition. The products must not show signs of use, wear, wash, or damage in any way.
• No Art reserves the right to refuse returned clothing or jewelry if they do not meet the above conditions. If your returned product does not meet the conditions, it will be sent back to you. The shipping costs are for your account, and you will not receive your purchase amount back. We appreciate your understanding.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR ANOTHER PRODUCT?

THE NETHERLANDS: If you want to exchange clothing or jewellery for
a different size or another product, please contact shop@noartmainline.com for more information. Please note, a replacement product can only be shipped to the same shipping address.

OTHER COUNTRIES: Orders sent to an address outside the Netherlands cannot be exchanged. You can return your order and place a new order online.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES AND RETURNS?

• You will receive an email within 2 working days after we have received your package. We will change your item as soon as possible. Returns are refunded within 14 days of receiving your package. We will transfer the amount to the bank account with which the payment is made.

• Places with a delivery address outside the Netherlands can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. For international returns, no art main line does not reimburse import duties or taxes that are due when sending or returning.
